Our Commitment to Ethical Sourcing
ORBYT GROUP LTD (trading as Azio Beauty) Modern Slavery Statement — Financial Year Ending 2025/26
This statement is made voluntarily by ORBYT Group Ltd, trading as Azio Beauty, in support of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. While our turnover does not currently require us to publish a statement under Section 54 of the Act, we believe transparency around labour practices is important regardless of business size.
About Our Business
Azio Beauty is a UK-based premium skincare and hybrid beauty brand. We develop, market, and sell clinically formulated skincare products direct to consumers through our own e-commerce channels and through retail partners across the UK and Ireland, including a network of over 350 pharmacy locations. Our company is registered in the United Kingdom, headquartered in London, and operates with a small team of fewer than 20 employees.
Our Supply Chain
Our products are developed in collaboration with specialist laboratories in South Korea and manufactured by third-party contract manufacturers. We work with a small number of carefully selected production partners in South Korea. Our supply chain includes raw material suppliers, contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, warehousing and fulfilment providers (including partners in Poland and Ireland), and logistics companies serving both domestic and international distribution.
Our Commitment
We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chain. To support this commitment, we take the following steps:
- We conduct due diligence on new suppliers before entering into agreements, with consideration given to labour practices and ethical standards.
- We expect all suppliers to comply with applicable local and national laws, including those relating to forced labour, child labour, and fair wages.
- We maintain open and regular communication with our manufacturing partners and raise any concerns regarding working conditions directly.
- Our products are certified vegan and cruelty-free, reflecting a broader commitment to ethical production.
- Our leadership team, led by the CEO, takes direct responsibility for overseeing ethical sourcing and labour standards across the business.
Looking Ahead
As Azio Beauty continues to scale across retail and direct-to-consumer channels, we intend to formalise our ethical sourcing policies further, including introducing supplier assessments aligned with recognised frameworks such as the ETI Base Code.
We recognise that sourcing from international markets, including South Korea, requires ongoing attention to local labour conditions and standards, and we factor this into our supplier relationships. We will also review our due diligence processes as we expand into new product categories and geographies.
We are committed to reviewing and updating this statement annually.
